Introduction/Main Objectives: The rise of Industry 4.0 has created new opportunities for MSMEs (micro, small, and medium enterprises) to enhance their business operations by leveraging advanced technologies. The government views MSMEs' technological advancement as a key factor in positioning Indonesia as a leading global economy by 2045, and has made considerable efforts to improve their capabilities. Education and training programs have been widely recognized as effective tools to improve the capabilities of MSMEs. Sadulur is a mobile application that facilitates coaching and knowledge exchange, enabling MSMEs to develop essential skills for sustainable growth. The Sadulur application is built based on service science perspective by utilizing value orchestration platform. As of now, there are more than 220 registered users of the application. This research aims to evaluate the learning process of MSMEs in the Sadulur application using MSMEs from West Java as an example. The learning process will be evaluated from the service science perspective. Background Problems: To better evaluate the effectiveness of coaching programs in the long term, a proper monitoring and evaluation tool needs to be developed. Furthermore, a proper assessment of the tools is needed. Using service science as the basis, this research aims to evaluate the learning process in the Sadulur application to assess the effectiveness of the coaching program in the application. Novelty: Digital coaching through an application as a platform is relatively scarce in Indonesia. Furthermore, long-term evaluation tools of coaching programs are seldom discussed. This research provides a framework for evaluating the coaching process and results through the service science perspective. Research Methods: Using the data gathered from MSMEs around West Java, the researchers will evaluate the coaching process from the service science perspective. Finding/Results: Resources such as time and availability are important to build long-lasting collaboration between knowledge providers and MSMEs. The monitoring system present in the Sadulur application provides a continuous stream of information that can be the basis of future collaborations. Conclusion: Further development of features that can improve the MSMEs learning and networking process is important to create long-lasting impact. |
